- Plot geolocation / boundaryMandatory
Chi, cosa, perché e come
Chi. Producer · Field assistCosa. A map of every production plot that feeds the goods.Perché. EUDR needs plots tied to the goods. How to choose (pick one). 1) MSPO: you grew or harvested the goods yourself as a micro or small primary producer in a Commission low-risk country and place them yourself. 2) Art. 13: you are an operator (importer / first placer), every origin on this lot is Commission low-risk, the lot is not mixed with higher-risk origins, and you have no contrary risk info (Tracebud shows Art. 13 on Risk when that fits). 3) Full DDS: every other operator lot. One path per lot.

Chi. Operator (importer / first placer). Default path: use this unless MSPO or Art. 13 applies. Chi. Operator (importer / first placer) only when every origin on the lot is Commission low-risk, the lot is not mixed with higher-risk origins, and you have no contrary risk info. If Tracebud does not show Art. 13 on Risk, use full DDS instead.Cosa. Short Art. 13 confirmations instead of the full Art. 10 / 11 risk panel. You still collect Art. 9 evidence and file a DDS.Perché. When those exclusive low-risk tests are met, the Regulation lets you confirm that path instead of running full Art. 10 / 11. This is still an operator path, not MSPO.Fatto quando. Art. 13 confirmations are recorded where Risk shows them. Full DDS stays unticked on this lot.In Tracebud. Tracebud helps you collect evidence and prepare filings. You remain responsible for what you file in TRACES and the EU Information System. This checklist is a working aid, not legal advice, and Tracebud does not certify EUDR compliance. Article tags orient only — they are not a full legal reading.
Le lacune sono il lavoro.
Tracebud raccoglie le prove di appezzamento, le sottopone a screening e presenta la DDS dallo stesso registro.
