The case closes. Does the cause?
CSDDD due diligence finds the case and closes the file. It does not raise the income, fix the grievance channel, or fund the school that made the case possible in the first place. This is the programme a buyer or donor chooses to fund on top, on the same households.
We adapt the live EUDR platform to human rights programmes, with 2–3 partners.

Why a closed case reopens
A remediation item is not the same as removing the reason.
A birth certificate or a school kit closes one case. It does not raise the household's income, give anyone a channel to raise the next problem, or reach the community the case came from. Relapse is common because the underlying pressure never moved.
- One itemA remediation fixes a symptomA birth certificate or a school kit resolves the case on file. The income pressure that produced it is still there next season.
- No channelNobody has a way to raise the next oneWithout a standing grievance channel, the next risk is found on the next survey round, not when it starts.
- One householdThe community around the case is untouchedThe case closes for one household. The school, the water point, and the wage norm around it are unchanged.
How a channel reaches a worker
Voice only works if it reaches the last tier.
A programme is funded at the top and opened tier by tier, until the person with something to say can say it.
A grievance is raised by choice and answered on a clock. Identity stays with the worker, a rejected resolution reopens the case, and nobody pays to be heard.
How it works
Follow one grievance through twelve days.
The same issue, the same number, from the worker who raised it to the pattern it belongs to. Two products: the app in the worker’s own language, and the Dashboard your programme answers from.
Day 0 · Worker app
Raised by the person affected, not a surveyor.
In their own language, from their own phone, without giving a name. A channel nobody uses is not a channel, so this one is short, spoken and anonymous by default.
Day 1 · Dashboard
It lands on a person, with a clock.
Routed by category to whoever your programme designated, with a time to acknowledge and a time to resolve. An unanswered grievance is visible as an unanswered grievance.
Day 12 · Worker app
The person who raised it says whether it worked.
Closure is not the site’s word for it. The worker confirms through the same anonymous code, and if they say it is not fixed the case does not close.
Quarter end · Dashboard
Three of the same complaint is a finding.
One grievance is an incident. The same category three times at one site is a pattern, and it is the thing a buyer wanted to know about a year earlier than they usually hear it.
This sits above the legal floor. The mandatory child labour and forced labour casework is on the CSDDD page, and both run on the same household and worker records.
Three tracks, one household record
Pick what the programme funds. The households stay the same.
Sponsor console
Run the whole programme from one console.
A buyer or donor funds a cooperative, a region, or a named list of households, and holds a console for exactly that scope: coverage, spend, and outcomes, never the raw case file of a household that isn't theirs to see.
- Fund a cooperative, a region, or a listScope the programme to exactly the households a buyer or donor is responsible for, not the whole chain.
- See outcomes, not case filesA sponsor sees coverage, spend and trend. Named household detail stays with the cooperative and the programme administering remediation.
- Reportable in the units a funder asks forHouseholds reached, income gap closed, cases resolved: figures a donor or board can put in a report as they are.
If you already collected data
Bring what you already have.
Household lists, visit records and consent papers you already keep import in bulk — the programme starts from your files, and existing records are matched rather than duplicated.

Questions we get.
Is this required by law?+
No. The legal floor is CSDDD due diligence: identification, remediation and follow-up. Everything on this page is a programme a buyer or donor chooses to fund on top of that floor.
Who pays for it?+
A brand, retailer, buyer coalition or development funder sponsors a track for the households or region they choose. Producers and cooperatives are never billed for it.
Can a sponsor see individual households?+
No. A sponsor console shows coverage, spend and outcome trends for its funded scope. Household-level case detail stays with the cooperative and whoever administers remediation.
How does this connect to CSDDD and sustainable income?+
Households and cases come from CSDDD due diligence already running on the chain. Income progression tracked here reports on the same ledger a sustainable income baseline uses, so one programme serves both.
