Event charges in a month can never exceed twice your standing charge
The free tier has no expiry, and your first month on any plan is free.
Sealed shipments and filed declarations are included in step with your coverage — one seal per 50 producers, one filing per 150 — and a heavy month is capped at twice your standing charge.
If you already have data
Bring it in as it is.
Member lists in Excel, polygons mapped for another platform, documents from last season’s audit. Import them in bulk, and the readiness view shows what is genuinely missing — nothing is re-collected, and nothing you paid for is wasted.

Before you ask
The questions we get most.
What if my suppliers refuse to take part?+
Requests are targeted, so nobody is asked for something you already hold. If a producer declines, that is recorded rather than hidden, and you can see exactly where a chain stops. For anyone without a smartphone, a field agent can capture on their behalf.
What if I have no data at all yet?+
That is the normal starting point. Add your contacts, pick the programme you are working toward, and launch a campaign. Tracebud works out what that programme requires and asks each person only for their part.
We already collected data elsewhere. Can we bring it in?+
Yes, in bulk. Contacts come in by CSV or paste, plots as GeoJSON, KML, CSV or a full package, documents in bulk — templates included. Existing records are matched rather than duplicated, and the readiness view then shows only what is still missing.
How long until we are actually running?+
Minutes to set up, since it is self-serve with no implementation project. Import a CSV or add members by hand, then send your first campaign the same day.
Who can see our data?+
Each organisation has its own workspace, and permissions follow the role. Farmers grant access to their plots explicitly, and a grant can be revoked. Nothing is shared across the network by default.
What happens when the open beta ends?+
You start free while we build with early partners. From there, your organisation subscribes for what it does, from €9 a month, and the Field App stays free for farmers.
We do not operate the chain — what do we see?+
A seat that matches your role. Agencies work across client workspaces on staff seats, sponsors and brands see readiness for the suppliers they fund, and authorities get a read-only view of screening results. None of them touch the operator’s records.
