How to choose (pick one). 1) MSPO: you grew or harvested the goods yourself as a micro or small primary producer in a Commission low-risk country and place them yourself. 2) Art. 13: you are an operator (importer / first placer), every origin on this lot is Commission low-risk, the lot is not mixed with higher-risk origins, and you have no contrary risk info (Tracebud shows Art. 13 on Risk when that fits). 3) Full DDS: every other operator lot.
