Open the desk the client needs.
An agency is hired by whoever is under pressure, and that is rarely the same tier twice. One account opens whichever desk the engagement needs, and only two of these normally put your people in a field.
The seven desks, and which are yours

Four are yours in your own account, for every client at once. The other three open inside a client’s account when they delegate them, which is how you seal a shipment or file a statement on their behalf.

Your book
See what breaks first.
Accounts across six kinds of organisation, each at a different stage, with its own deadline and its own paying party. One list, sorted by what goes wrong first.
What switching does
- The desks change, the login does notA union opens members and receipts, an exporter opens sealing and shipments, a brand opens its supply base. You switch in a keystroke rather than logging out.
- You only see what was delegatedEach client grants administration separately, and every action you take inside it carries your name and the date.
- Nothing is copied between accountsA producer who appears in two of your clients’ networks stays one record, and is counted once on your plan.
A new client’s existing member list imports on day one.
Two accounts are funded by somebody other than the client: a brand sponsoring its supply base, and a donor funding a region. Both sit on the payer’s plan and still appear in your book.
The two things you do all day
Ask once, decide once.
An engagement is mostly two motions: asking a lot of people for the one thing they are missing, and deciding what to do about what comes back. These are the two screens your team will live in.
That attribution is worth more to you than to anyone else. It is your quality control, your defence if a client is audited, and the line on your invoice that nobody argues with.
The economics
Bill the judgement, not the chasing.
Chasing a document, re-keying a spreadsheet, assembling a report nobody can audit: none of it is billable, and all of it is what the tooling removes. What is left is the judgement, which is the part a client is happy to pay for. Figures from a practice of fourteen accounts, before and after.

Acting on behalf of
Operate without owning.
Delegated administration is written down rather than assumed: what the client grants you, what you may do with it, and what remains theirs when the engagement ends.
What you may do
- Register producers, map plots and capture papers
- Run campaigns and close issues on their behalf
- Prepare and submit statements for them
- Export their reports, at any time
What you never do
- Alter a producer’s record, or a decision already taken
- Carry the client’s declaration or their liability
- Move their data to another client, or to us
- Keep access after the engagement ends
Every action carries the name of whoever took it and the date, which is what shows your work was done properly. When an engagement ends, access ends: the records stay with the producers and the client organisation, and nothing you built for them leaves with you.
Add a client for nothing.
Your practice pays €8 a month per staff seat, working across every client. Self-pay clients cost you nothing; clients you sponsor pass through at exactly their own band, with a volume discount as the book grows.

If you already collected data
Your past projects are a head start.
Client lists and polygons your team collected on earlier engagements import in bulk. A new programme starts from that base, and your agents are sent only after what is genuinely missing.

Questions agencies ask.
How are we billed when we run fourteen clients?+
Two lines: €8 a month for each of your staff seats, and a pass-through of exactly what each sponsored client would owe on its own capability and band. The ten who pay for themselves add nothing to your bill, and once you sponsor six or more the pass-through drops 10%, from twenty-one it drops 20%.
We serve cooperatives, exporters and a brand. Is it one product or three?+
One. Each client type opens the part of the Dashboard its work needs: a union gets members and receipts, a facility gets deliveries and mass balance, an exporter gets sealing, an importer gets statements, a brand gets its supply base, a ministry gets coverage by region. You switch between them in one account, and only cooperative and sponsored-region programmes usually involve your field staff.
Who owns the data we collect for a client?+
The producer owns their record, and the client organisation holds its own network. You operate inside a delegated grant that the client can narrow or withdraw. When an engagement ends your access ends, and nothing leaves with you.
Do we carry the client’s liability if we file for them?+
No. The declaration remains the operator’s, and so does the liability. What changes is that every action you took is recorded against your name with its date, which is the evidence that your work was done properly.
Can we white-label it as our own platform?+
No, and we would rather be straight about it. Producers see one app in their own language, whoever pays for the coverage. What you can put your name on is the delivery, the field capacity and the reporting, which is what a client is actually buying from you.
We are a certifier as well as an agency. Does that conflict?+
Only you can judge your own independence rules. Mechanically the roles are separate: administration is granted per client and every action is attributed, so an audit trail exists showing who did what and when.
