Tracebud uses the collected data for various purposes:

Your Data Ownership

This is simple: your data is yours. Always.

  • Farmers own their farm data. The plots, photos, and GPS coordinates you map belong to you. You can download it anytime, in any format.
  • Cooperatives own member data. Tracebud is a tool you use to organize and manage it. If you leave, you take the data with you.
  • Exporters own shipment records. Your batch data, DDS documents, and compliance records stay yours. We never sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else.
  • Importers own supplier records. Your upstream visibility and audit trails are confidential. Your competitors never see them.

We are not a data broker. Tracebud makes money when you use it. Not when we sell data. You can trust that.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

GDPR Compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Tracebud aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
