Basics
How it works
Buyers pay Tracebud per tonne when they open lot data (by their role: coop, exporter, importer, brand). You only share in the buyers you brought.
- 01
You introduce someone
We note that company as yours. Other links in their supply chain stay theirs, unless you brought those too.
- 02
They start using Tracebud
They pay when they accept data. Farmers never pay.
- 03
You get paid
A percent of what Tracebud actually receives from that company. Stay active with them and the share can continue after year two.

The numbers
Working offer today. Final deals go in a written agreement. Always based on money Tracebud has collected, not a list price.
| If you… | You get | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| Close the deal and keep helping | 25% → 10%of what that buyer pays Tracebud | 25% for 24 months, then 10% while you still support them |
| Close the deal and leave | 15%then stops | 12 months, then nothing |
| Only make the introduction | 10%of the closer's share | As long as the closer's share lasts |

Rough yearly amounts
Assume 1,000 farmers and about half a tonne each per year. You closed one buyer at 25%. Figures are sketches, not forecasts.

Bring only the coop and you share only in the coop's fees. Extra credit if they later pull in an exporter is not set yet. Ask us.
FAQ
Quick answers
Who can join?
Anyone who helps buyers adopt Tracebud: solo advisors, agencies, bigger firms. Same rules for everyone.
What is the cut based on?
Money Tracebud has actually received from the buyers you introduced. Not a catalogue price. Not every company in their chain by default.
What if I walk away?
15% for one year, then zero. Stay and support them: 25% for two years, then 10% while you still help.
What does the introducer get?
Ten percent of the closer's cut, for the same period. Early that is 10% × 25% = about 2.5% of the buyer's fees. With the closer, the early total is about 27.5%. Later, if the closer is on 10%, the introducer is on 1% of the buyer's fees.
Does my coop's exporter count too?
Only if you also brought that exporter, or we agree a special expansion rule later. That rule is still open.
Is this a contract?
No. This page is the idea. A real partnership needs a signed paper.
