Capture once, mould many times: multi-programme evidence for EUDR and co-build programmes
Collect plots, deliveries, households and consent once at the farm. Mould the same records for EUDR in open beta, and co-build CSDDD, Scope 3, regen, living income, and cert packs with partners.
Capture once at the plot. The same plots, deliveries and households become reusable records you mould to the next programme: EUDR first; CSDDD, carbon and Scope 3, regenerative agriculture, living income, human rights, Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade and organic as co-builds.
A programme funded once is not rebuilt for the next commitment. That is the point of program data readiness: field-first capture, reusable records, then the mould the ask needs. Programme and certification officers: see Programme and certification partners — use Tracebud’s Field App and Dashboard instead of building your own field stack.
The spine (everywhere)
- Field-first. Walk or draw the plot with the producer (or a Field Agent when there is no phone). Store consent with the record. Work offline where coverage fails.
- Reusable records. Plots, deliveries, households and consent stay on a shared evidence layer the network can reuse. Cascading requests ask only for what is missing. See farmer-owned evidence and cascading requests.
- Programme data readiness. Mould those records to the regulation, scheme or programme that asks. Do not restart field collection for every buyer season.
This spine sits under Tracebud's Field App and Dashboard. It is agri-food chain infrastructure, not a certification body.
Live today (EUDR open beta)
What you can run now on the live EUDR path:
- Field App + Dashboard for coffee and cocoa networks
- Plot-level geolocation and consent at origin
- Geospatial screening on real plot records (not instead of them)
- DDS-style evidence packs and filing flows for EUDR due diligence
- Chain of custody through aggregation and processing (Identity Preservation and Segregation live; CoC Mass Balance scheduled)
- Cascading network requests for gaps in multi-hop chains
Start with the EUDR checklist, the plot-level geolocation guide, and the full agri-food-chain overview. Self-serve SMEs: why Field App + Dashboard beat big stacks.
Co-build programmes (public pages, not live product modules)
These solution pages explain how Tracebud is designed for each ask. They are not shipped live modules today. Soft claim only: ready to adapt the live EUDR platform with 2–3 partners. Build it with us.
| Programme | Soft claim | Link | | --- | --- | --- | | CSDDD | Designed for origin evidence and casework moulds from the same records | /en/solutions/csddd | | Scope 3 | Built around farm-origin data for Scope 3 asks | /en/solutions/scope-3 | | Carbon accounting | Ready to adapt plot and practice evidence for carbon moulds | /en/solutions/carbon-accounting | | Regenerative agriculture | Co-build practice and baseline moulds on the EUDR spine | /en/solutions/regenerative-agriculture | | Sustainable / living income | Designed for receipt- and household-linked income moulds | /en/solutions/sustainable-income | | Human rights | Built around household and casework evidence patterns | /en/solutions/human-rights | | Rainforest Alliance | Collect-once intent; scheme packs as co-build | /en/solutions/rainforest-alliance | | Fairtrade | Collect-once intent; scheme packs as co-build | /en/solutions/fairtrade | | Organic | Collect-once intent; parcel history moulds as co-build | /en/solutions/organic |
For RA / Fairtrade / EUDR overlap in the field, read collect once, mould many times. Certificates help; they do not replace the operator's EUDR duty.
One-liner to keep
Capture once at the plot — same plots, deliveries and households become reusable records you mould to the next programme (EUDR first; CSDDD, carbon/Scope 3, regen, living income, RA/Fairtrade/organic as co-builds).
Who this is for
- Cooperatives and exporters who cannot afford a remapping project every season
- Nordic and small European specialty buyers who need supplier evidence without a custom IT stack (specialty coffee playbook)
- Cocoa coops and SME exporters moving from member plots to buyer-ready packs (cocoa plots-to-DDS playbook)
- Desk teams who need a clear batch-to-plot chain of custody walkthrough
- Programme officers and scheme partners (Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, organic, NGO / fund / living-income / regen / human-rights teams) who need farmer field data without building and maintaining their own app
Programme and certification partners
Field data infrastructure without building your own. Any customer, programme, certification body workflow, or programme officer that needs farmer field data can use Tracebud’s digital infrastructure — Field App + Dashboard — instead of building and keeping a separate collection stack. Soft invite: bring your schema or indicators; we mould on the live EUDR spine.
Who this section is for
- Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, organic, and similar scheme / certification programme officers
- NGO, fund, living-income, regenerative, and human-rights programme teams
- Cooperatives, exporters, brands and importers who must feed those programmes
What the live EUDR spine already provides
Plot geolocation and consent, offline first-mile capture, geospatial screening on real plots, DDS-style evidence packs, chain of custody through aggregation, and cascading gap requests. See EUDR compliance and the live list above.
How co-build works for a specific data ask
- Start on EUDR open beta (or join a partner network already on it).
- Name the evidence mould (scheme pack, income indicators, regen practices, and so on).
- Adapt capture and packs on the same reusable records with a small set of partners.
Soft claim only for non-EUDR programmes. Public pages for Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, organic and other programmes describe how Tracebud is designed for those asks — not live product modules today.
What not to claim
- Tracebud is not a certification body and does not issue certificates.
- Tracebud is not endorsed by Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade or any scheme named here.
- Do not say Tracebud “supports live RA / Fairtrade / organic compliance” until a module ships.

How co-build works (no fake dates)
- You start on the live EUDR path (open beta): network, plots, consent, screening, DDS-style packs.
- You name the next mould (CSDDD, Scope 3, regen, living income, scheme pack, and so on).
- We adapt the same evidence layer with a small set of partners. Not built yet means we build it with you, not that we pretend it shipped.
There is no public ship calendar for soft programmes on this page. If a date is not on the product, it is not claimed here.
Live vs co-build (short FAQ)
Is EUDR live? Yes, as open beta: Field App, Dashboard, plot geolocation, screening, DDS-style evidence spine for agri-food chains. See EUDR compliance and the FAQ.
Are CSDDD, Scope 3, regen, living income, RA, Fairtrade or organic live product modules? No. Public solution pages describe how Tracebud is designed for those asks. Soft claim and co-build only until a module ships.
Does collect-once mean one certificate covers EUDR? No. Collect once means one field capture. Each buyer or scheme still gets the mould it needs. The operator remains responsible for EUDR filings.
